Alex is a Notary Public and will perform notarizations in their Castro District office by appointment only, easily bookable online. Most Notaries Public cannot provide legal advice alongside the notarization, but Alex can! If you need some advice or assistance with a notarization, Alex will help you at an affordable cost set upfront. Alex also loves the challenge of notarizing international documents!

Notarizations cost $15.00 per signature; people who qualify for Medi-Cal or CalFresh or who live in subsidized housing pay a reduced rate of $5.00 per signature. Alex accepts credit cards, Venmo, personal checks, money orders, or cashier’s checks. Alex can also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay in their office only.

For notarizations outside their office, Alex will travel within San Francisco for a flat fee of $25.00; to Daly City, South San Francisco, Colma, Pacifica, San Bruno, and Brisbane for $40.00; and to Oakland, Berkeley, Emeryville, Alameda, San Leandro, Albany, Piedmont, El Cerrito, Richmond, Millbrae, Burlingame, Hillsborough, Half Moon Bay Coastside, San Mateo, Foster City, Sausalito, Tiburon/Belvedere, Marin City, Mill Valley, and Corte Madera for $50.00, all pending availability. Other cities are considered on a case-by-case basis. Call or email Alex to set up a travel notarization appointment. Same-day appointments are rarely available.

In-office notarizations for current legal clients are always free, including for estate plans, and clients pay only the above travel rate if Alex comes to you!
